This is despite the fact that in the last two years, the customs registration of iPhone models 14 and later was not done in the passenger area of ​​the customs.

It should be noted that after the arrival of iPhone 14 in the country and before restrictions were imposed at customs, customs registration of more than 25 thousand iPhone 14 devices was done, but their final registry has not been done in the peer system. Some evidence indicated the continuation of these devices even without registration in the peer system.

Yesterday, November 17th, the decision of the government board regarding the cancellation of 96% of the commercial profit of imported iPhones was notified to the executive bodies (Ministry of Privacy, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Communications).

According to the government's decision, the restriction on entering the country for iPhone 14 and later has been canceled for commercial and passenger purposes.

Also, the entry fee in the commercial procedure is 15% for iPhones above $600 and 5% for iPhones below $600.

According to the government's decision, the import duty of the passenger's iPhone is set at 30% for phones above $600 and 6% for phones below $600.
