SpaceX sent a batch of Starlink satellites into Earth orbit, thus continuing its activities after the failure of the July 11 mission.

According to Mehr, quoted by Space, during this operation, a Falcon 9 rocket with 23 Starlink satellites was launched from NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Falcon 9's first booster returned to earth about 8 minutes after the launch as planned and landed on the company's ship drone in the Atlantic Ocean.

This was the twelfth launch and landing of the mentioned booster, of which 9 of the launches so far were related to Starlink missions.

The second Falcon 9 booster went into low earth orbit with 23 Starlink satellites and released them 64 minutes after launch. The launch of the SpaceX satellite was the fourth launch in less than a week.

This is while on July 11, the Falcon 9 rocket malfunctioned and its cargo was destroyed. The mentioned incident happened after the upper booster of Falcon 9 encountered a leak of liquid oxygen and as a result the launch vehicle could not reach the planned orbit. Following this event, 20 Starlink satellites were lost in space.

SpaceX announced that the reason for the Turkish leak in the pressure sensor of the liquid oxygen system of the high booster is that it has taken measures to prevent such an incident from happening again.
